Founder & CEO
Michael Minnaugh
With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Michael is a passionate and driven finance leader with a strong background in financial software, regulations, and policies, as well as an MBA from Penn State University.
His experience ranges from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has led and supported multiple M&A transactions, ERP implementations, budgeting and planning processes, and financial performance improvement initiatives. Michael has also developed and mentored high-performing teams, fostered cross-functional collaboration, and delivered actionable insights to senior executives and stakeholders.
His mission is to help businesses achieve their strategic and financial goals by providing reliable, efficient, and scalable finance and accounting services.
That perspective comes from both enterprise corporate finance and hands-on work with middle-market and entrepreneurial businesses. Michael works directly with founders, owners, finance leaders and internal teams on financial planning and analysis, operational improvement, M&A transactions, ERP implementations and CFO-level executive advisory.
